2. What data we collect and why
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, tracking pixels, or any form of visitor monitoring. We do not collect data automatically from visitors browsing this site.
We may collect personal data in the following circumstances:
- Booking a call:When you book a call via Calendly, you are redirected to Calendly's website. AIinvox does not receive or store your data directly from that interaction. Calendly's own privacy policy applies. We may receive your name and email as part of the booking confirmation.
- Email contact: If you contact us by email, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- Client services: When you engage us for services, we collect business contact details and any personal data necessary to deliver those services under our contract.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Contract: Processing necessary to deliver our services to you.
- Legitimate interest: Responding to enquiries and managing business relationships.
- Legal obligation: Where we are required to retain records by law.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with:
- Vercel Inc., our website hosting provider. Server logs may include IP addresses as part of standard infrastructure operation.
- Calendly LLC, meeting scheduling, when you initiate a booking.
- Subcontractors or tools used to deliver your specific project, disclosed to you at the time of engagement.

Some of our service providers (including Vercel and Calendly) are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where required under UK and EU law.
The EU has granted the UK an adequacy decision valid until December 2031, meaning data flows freely between the UK and EU.
6. How long we keep your data
- Enquiry emails: up to 2 years from last contact.
- Client project data: up to 6 years from end of contract (UK statutory requirement).
- Booking records: retained as long as necessary for business purposes, up to 2 years.
